Royal Ice Technologies participated in the 34th SIGEP international exhibition for the artisan production of gelato, pastry, confectionery and bakery in Rimini, Italy.The exhibition, which took place in January 2013, is acknowledged as the world´s most important in the artisan gelato.
In 2013, Ice Royal presented for the first time the innovative Yogumix frozen yogurt machine. Yogumix has already been sold to companies in over ten countries in different continents. We also displayed our Yogurt/ice cream mix which was especially developed to suit our Yogumix frozen yogurt machine.
